All renters shall return this form either by mail, or by inserting it in the mail slot on the door of the office.
GRILLING is not permitted on the balconies or on the ground floor patios. No portable grills of any kind are allowed on the premises. Outdoor grills are provided for your use on the north and south side of the building.
No flammable, combustible or explosive materials may be kept within any unit. Further, the storage or use of fireworks is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Do not sit on, lean on, or hang any towels, clothing or any items from the balconies or handrails.
No skateboarding, roller blades or bicycles are allowed on walkways, pool deck or tennis court.
Children shall not loiter or play in the walkways, parking area or stairs. Nor shall they use the elevator excessively.
Trash dumpsters are located in the parking lot on each end. Trash is not to be left on walkways or balconies.
Recycling is MANDATORY. Bins are located next to the trash dumpsters. We recycle glass, aluminum, plastic, and newspapers.
PETS must be on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the pool, or courtyard areas or grass areas around the building, they must be walked off the property. Please clean up after your pet.
Laundry room hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Please be considerate of others and remove washed and dried clothes in a timely manner. Luggage and grocery carts are provided for your convenience, please return them to the laundry room.
Shuffleboard court hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm please replace shuffle board equipment to laundry room when finished.
POOL hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Closed during inclement weather and during cleaning. There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children under twelve years of age must be supervised by an adult. Please comply with the pool regulations posted in the pool area. Violating pool rules, could result in you being asked to leave the pool. The pool is for the private use of owners and guests.
ABSOLUTLY NO GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE POOL AREA.
No food or drinks are allowed in the pool or pool ledge.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS IN THE POOL!
Please shower and wash off sand before entering the pool.
NO DIVING, RUNNING, OR ROUGH PLAY ALLOWED AROUND THE POOL. NO SITTING ON DIVIDER ROPES. IF BROKEN OR PULLED FROM POOL WALL, POOL WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL REPAIRS ARE MADE..
Babies must wear swim diapers.
Please use discretion when using floatation devices in the pool. If the pool is crowded please use common sense.

I have read and understand the rules stated above, and understand any violation of rules by the renter or guests of the renter, could result in being asked to leave the premises, and not invited back. Further, I understand I (we) will be responsible for any damage caused to the condominium property.
